Darude (Finnish DJ and producer)

His performance name came from his DJ days of playing one track, rather a lot. That track was "Rude Boy" by Leila K. After repeated playings, friends started calling him "Rude Boy", then "The Rude" and finally "Da Rude" - which of course became Darude.
