According to a post by singer Coco Lee's family member @李思林Nancy: CoCo unfortunately suffered from depression a few years ago. After a long struggle with the illness, her condition recently took a sharp turn for the worse. She attempted suicide at home on July 2 (2023) and was in a coma after being sent to the hospital. Despite the hospital team's efforts to rescue and treat her, she ultimately passed away on July 5.
