Artist Partner Group (APG) was initially established as a joint venture between Atlantic Records and Warner Music Group. During this period, it used the lowercase "apg" as its imprint. Throughout this phase, APG leveraged the resources and support of both major music companies to focus on artist development and promotion.

2020.11 —— present: Artist Partner Group (apg)
In November 2020, APG ended its eight-year joint venture with Atlantic Records to operate fully independently. It continues to use the lowercase "apg" as its imprint. This transition marked APG's path toward greater autonomy while retaining and strengthening its brand identity.
