Columbia Berlin appears to be both an imprint and the company that is "a unit of Sony Music Entertainment Germany GmbH". note the slight difference in the bold sans serif typeface used in the "Columbia" name (example) vs. the (serif) Bodoni Classic Bold typeface that is used in the standard "Columbia" wordmark branding and in the global Columbia logo. this variant of the Columbia logo is consistently applied in Columbia Berlin's official site and all of its social media profiles.
