The Mission’s own site lists the title of this as “God’s Own Medicine” ‐ but the cover clearly lacks the apostophe. This is most likely because it’s using faux-Roman-styled lettering, and the Romans didn't use lower case and had very little puncation (or spacing, but that was probably a step too far).
