Back cover states "recorded live USA 1994", it is the same good sound quality bootleg of the entire NIN performance at Woodstock '94, available on other pressings such as Italian label 'Octopus' pressing 'OCTO 039'.

Release comes in an embossed jewelcase with silver lettering on the front.

Corrections:
- Track 1 is 'Pinion' into 'Terrible Lie'
- Track 4 is incorrectly labeled as "Something...Never Have"
- Track 13 is incorrectly labeled as "Help Me I'm In Hell"
