London Classics (“LONDON” in white uppercase on a blue-over-red rectangular block; until 1999, for US/CA releases only)

~ Etichetta

Annotazione

The London logo includes the LONDON name in white uppercase superimposed on a blue-over-red rectangular background (see logo); it is the sister imprint of Decca and was used in its stead in the US until 1999, as the Decca Record Company Ltd. wasn't allowed to use the "Decca" name in the country up till then, when the MCA and PolyGram families eventually merged and Universal Music Group was born.
